Mallika Ghosh Mallika Ghosh is the Executive Director of Parinaam Foundation).Prior to joining Parinaam, she spent seven years in advertising. Her last job was as Head of Film Division, South India for McCann Erickson. She graduated from Emerson College, USA, with a Bachelor Degree in Film, Journalism and Photography in 2003. She has been instrumental in building Parinaam's programmes and creating the strategic vision under which it operates today. She is personally involved in all the activities and provides the day-to-day support that the Foundation needs.
George Alexander George Alexander is the Program Manager for the UUPP Program in Parinaam Foundation. He is a Science graduate from Hoysaleshwara College affiliated to Mysore University . He has over 15 years experience ,working in various areas such as Marketing, Office Administration, Online exam test administrator and NGO projects. He worked in organizations like Eureka Forbes Ltd, NSE.iT Ltd and NGO like CMSSS and Abhivruddi Social Development Society. He has experience in Community development activities, Women Empowerment, Trainings, Monitoring & Evaluation, Internal Auditing, Documentation and Execution of projects. He is also worked in world bank sponsored Community Watershed Program, Child Labor & Rehabilitation, Bridge school and vocational skill training projects.
Manjunath CM Manjunath joined Parinaam as Programs Director in 2018. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with McKinsey Social Initiative and Janagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy. He has experience in advocacy efforts to create a more responsive Urban Governance system liaising with the government and a dministrators as well as in Community Development Activities, Trainings, Monitoring & Evaluation, Internal Auditing and Documentation.
Santosh belongs to Hassan district of Karnataka. He completed Masters in Social Work from the JSS College, Mysore University and then proceeded to work in the social service sector owing to his passion towards helping the needy. He believes in encouraging all to do their bit in helping others. He has worked in organisations like Janaagraha, Generation India foundation and Synergie where his areas of contribution were bringing in a paradigm shift in communities through operation and volunteering. He considers himself as a hardworking person, and committed to whatever he does. He strongly believes in looking at the brighter side of life and spends his free time in travelling, singing and dancing.
Yogesh joined Parinaam Foundation as a Regional Program Coordinator in 2018. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with Global Talent Track Pvt Limited and G.N. Solution Private Limited. He has experience in Project Management, Data Analysis and Reporting.
Shekhar joined Parinaam Foundation as a Regional Program Coordinator in 2018. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with National AIDS Control Organization and Tara Corporate Services Limited. He has experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Management and Advocacy.
Meena joined Parinaam as Program Director, for Academic Adoption programme in 2019. Prior to Joining Parinaam, she worked with GiveIndia, EdelGive Foundation & Dasra. Meena has specialization in end-to-end management of social sector projects from conceptualization to execution. She has worked closely in diverse cause areas - health, children, education and community development.
Gayathri A joined Parinaam Foundation as Accounts Officer in 2019. She has completed her M.COM in Finance and Accounts and have 8 years of Experience. Prior to Parinaam Foundation, she worked with Infosys BPO Ltd, Manipal Hospitals Bangalore and Alpha Design Technology Pvt Ltd . She has experience in Accounting, Regular Statutory Compliance activities and MIS Reporting. Her Interest is teaching & learning new things.
