Mallika Ghosh
CEO and Executive Director
Mallika Ghosh began her career in advertising. In her last job before Parinaam, she was Head of Films, South India for McCann Erickson. In 2009, the desire to do something meaningful with her life, brought her to the social sector and Parinaam. Alongside Elaine Ghosh, she developed the Financial Literacy Program (Diksha) and the Academic Adoption Program. The passing of her mother in 2013 pushed her to take over the management of Parinaam and continue the work they had developed together for the Ultra Poor. Ever since, she has been personally involved in evolving Parinaam’s programs to meet the needs of the day and in creating the strategic vision under which the Foundation operates today. She is personally involved in all Parinaam activities and provides the day-to-day support the Foundation needs.
Manjunath CM
Manjunath joined Parinaam as Programs Director in 2018. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with McKinsey Social Initiative and Janagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy. He has experience in advocacy efforts to create a more responsive Urban Governance system liaising with the government and a dministrators as well as in Community Development Activities, Trainings, Monitoring & Evaluation, Internal Auditing and Documentation.
Sundara Meenakshi
Meena joined Parinaam as Program Director, for Academic Adoption programme in 2019. Prior to Joining Parinaam, she worked with GiveIndia, EdelGive Foundation & Dasra. Meena has specialization in end-to-end management of social sector projects from conceptualization to execution. She has worked closely in diverse cause areas - health, children, education and community development.
Anirban Acharjee
Anirban is Parinaam’s Program Director for Chote Kadam, Parinam’s Community Development Program, Chote Kadam. Anirban has a Master’s degree in Construction Technology and 8 years’ experience in construction. Prior to joining Parinaam, he was working in Brawn Globus Turnkey Solutions as Project Coordinator, managing various MNC clients.
Anirban supervises Chote Kadam across India and his experience in construction technology and project management ensures that the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Shabir Hussain
Shabir joined Parinaam as Fundraising & Communications Director. He is a veteran in fundraising and has been associated with the social sector for over 15 years. His core competence lies in raising funds from corporates, individuals and events. Shabir has worked with several reputed organisations; his last assignment was with ICCO Cooperation as Fundraising Officer - South Asia before he started his entrepreneurial venture, Fundatastic, which he ran for close to 9 years with a 50-people team. At Parinaam, Shabir focuses on exploring different avenues for fundraising.
Dola Saha Roy
Dola heads the accounting function at Parinaam. Dola specializes in fund-based accounting for NGOs and has experience with several NGOs. Before she joined Parinaam, Dola was working with Resolve Biz Services & Apps Pvt Ltd. She has worked closely with several NGOs working in diverse fields like education, community development and health.
Rakesh Chowdary
Rakesh joined Parinaam as HR Manager. He focuses on Employee Engagements, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and General Administration. Prior to Parinaam, he has 7 years of work experience as an HR Professional. Rakesh holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from IARE at JNT University, Hyderabad.
