Mallika Ghosh
CEO and Executive Director
Mallika Ghosh began her career in advertising. In her last job before Parinaam, she was Head of Films, South India for McCann Erickson. In 2009, the desire to do something meaningful with her life, brought her to the social sector and Parinaam. Alongside Elaine Ghosh, she developed the Financial Literacy Program (Diksha) and the Academic Adoption Program. The passing of her mother in 2013 pushed her to take over the management of Parinaam and continue the work they had developed together for the Ultra Poor. Ever since, she has been personally involved in evolving Parinaam’s programs to meet the needs of the day and in creating the strategic vision under which the Foundation operates today. She is personally involved in all Parinaam activities and provides the day-to-day support the Foundation needs.
Manjunath CM
Manjunath joined Parinaam as Programs Director in 2018. Prior to joining Parinaam, he worked with McKinsey Social Initiative and Janagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy. He has experience in advocacy efforts to create a more responsive Urban Governance system liaising with the government and a dministrators as well as in Community Development Activities, Trainings, Monitoring & Evaluation, Internal Auditing and Documentation.
Manasi Joshi
Manasi Joshi has joined Parinaam as Program Director of the Academic Adoption Program. Born and brought up in Delhi, she pursued her education in sociology and gender studies, which gave her a strong foundation in the development sector. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a passion for education and development. Before joining Parinaam, she worked with the Delhi Government to build a school curriculum on entrepreneurship. She has also worked extensively in Rajasthan on the holistic development of rural Government schools.
Anirban Acharjee
Anirban is Parinaam’s Program Director for Chote Kadam, Parinam’s Community Development Program, Chote Kadam. Anirban has a Master’s degree in Construction Technology and 8 years’ experience in construction. Prior to joining Parinaam, he was working in Brawn Globus Turnkey Solutions as Project Coordinator, managing various MNC clients.
Anirban supervises Chote Kadam across India and his experience in construction technology and project management ensures that the program runs smoothly and efficiently.
Himanshu Tipre

Himanshu Tipre spearheads the HR function for Parinaam. Himanshu has worked across industry verticals that include the automobile, IT and development sectors — with brands like Azim Premji Foundation, IGATE Global Solutions and Bosch Limited. Himanshu has a master's degree in Human Resource Management and 9 years of experience across the complete employee lifecycle.
